OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

You have to make sure you apply by doing your application on the registration form above. 

By this time, you share your experiences, and your motivation to join Pollux. Here you can select the department you want to join in.

You will have to send us a short personal video where you will talk about you and your experiences. This will help us to get to know you better!

You have to send us the video until 13th February. 

At this stage, we test your team work skills by puting you through some challenges that requires team spirit. You'll work with other candidates. 

This dymanic will take place at the Physics Department of University of Coimbra, on 19th February.

During this time, you will meet with the director of the department you have chosen and the HR team. We will ask you some questions to understand if you fit our requirements!

The interviews will occur on 15th-22th February. 

We will share your appliation result by e-mail, until 26th February. 

FAQ
I am not a student at the University of Coimbra. Can I apply?
Unfortunately, no. A requirement to be part of our Junior Initiative is that you are a student at the University of Coimbra.
Will I be penalized for not having professional or extracurricular experience?
No, not at all. At Pollux, we look for ambition and motivation to help you develop your skills with us.
How much time will Pollux require from me? Will I have to follow a schedule?
Our schedule is not fixed, and the time you will invest in Pollux varies from department to department and from project to project.
Is there monetary compensation at Pollux?
There is no monetary compensation in our Junior Initiative, and that is not necessarily what motivates us. The revenue we generate is reinvested in the continuous improvement of our Junior Initiative.
Does the average grade affect entry into Pollux?
No, not at all. The essential is being able to apply your knowledge and logical reasoning.
